Each program is individually tailored to your needs.  SelfMade Fitness customizes all services and programs for women based on a customers’ demands, lifestyles, realistic goals and personal preference. Whether you are looking to look and feel healthier, gain lean muscle mass, lose weight or body fat, compete or just have a healthier lifestyle SelfMade Fitness provides different plans for everyone.   • Custom Meal Plans for Women: $150

Have SelfMade Fitness design a onetime custom meal plan (1 month) for your personal goals. Autumn will teach you what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat for your personal Fitness goals.
If more than 1 month is needed then the price drops $50 each consecutive month

  • Custom Exercise Programs for Women: $150

Have SelfMade Fitness build a muscle mass or weight loss exercise program  (1 month)  with the sets, reps, rest intervals and more.

  • Custom Supplement Programs for Women: $70

Know what to take, when to take it and how much to take with SelfMade Fitness’s customized supplementation plan. Whether it’s weight loss or muscle building, I will explain and answer via e-mail any questions you might have and send a customized plan for your needs.

  • One Month Foundation Plan: $350

This is a discounted bundle of the previous three plans:

  • 12 Week Lifestyle Change Programs for Women: $899

Change your life with the help and guidance from a National Level Competitor who has traveled the journey herself. Whether this is new to you or just need accountability to change your life physically and mentally or just so you can feel confident to be in your own skin.

  • Customized Cardio Plan
  • Customized Training Plan
  • Unlimited Emails & Text

  • 12 Week Contest Prep Programs for Women: $1,100

Step on stage with the help of a National Level Competitor who has traveled the journey. Whether this is your first show or not you can feel confident that SelfMade Fitness will help you reach any goals set to compete.

  • Posing lessons if located in Southern CA or Virtual Posing Clinic
